It's back to the office for many workers as restrictions on Covid-19 begin to lift. For some, this may mean returning to a space that has been largely untouched for months.  If you're one of those people, it's important to take the time to prepare yourself mentally and physically for the transition. You may also need to do some work on your office space in order to make it feel like home again.

First things first, if you have been working from home for a while now, it may be time to upgrade your space. There are many ways you can do this without breaking the bank—even something as simple as adding some new decor or rearranging furniture could make all of the difference!

If budget permits, consider buying an ergonomic chair. This will make sitting at your desk more comfortable and can even help with posture!
