Information you share

The enquiry form collects your name, work email, company, website and business objective, together with your area of interest, timescale and optional budget or additional context you choose to provide. We use this information to evaluate and respond to your enquiry, not to add you to a marketing list.

Where it goes

Enquiries are stored privately in Lovable Cloud. Public website visitors cannot read enquiry records. This site does not currently send automatic enquiry emails.

AI opportunity assessments

Your answers and a summary of your public website are processed by an AI model to prepare an operational opportunity report. Estimates use stated assumptions and are not verified results. Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential documents or customer records. When you open your report, you consent to Helves storing your answers and contacting you about it. This is not consent to a general marketing list.

Assessment storage and processors

Assessment leads and reports are stored privately in Lovable Cloud and sent to HubSpot, a US processor, for follow-up about your report. If you share your website address, Firecrawl, a US website-reading service, reads the public page so the AI provider can process that summary alongside your answers. HubSpot tracking scripts are not installed. Your browser keeps your in-progress answers for this tab session; Start over clears them.

Retention and deletion

The assessment retention period still requires owner confirmation before public launch. Unfinished reports are accessible for up to 24 hours; this access limit is not a deletion policy. To request access, correction or deletion from Lovable Cloud and HubSpot, email hello@helves.co or use the contact form. Helves must confirm its legal identity, retention schedule and international-transfer arrangements before collecting real prospect data.

Cookies and tracking

Essential site technology supports navigation and form submission. Analytics cookies are only used if you choose "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner; no analytics or advertising tools are installed yet. Your choice is saved in your browser and you can change it at any time through "Cookie preferences" in the footer.

Your choices

Only provide information relevant to the conversation. Do not include sensitive personal data or confidential customer records. To request access, correction or deletion, email hello@helves.co or use the contact form and state your request.

Before public launch

This operational notice must be completed with the legal business identity, applicable retention periods and a reviewed legal basis before the website is launched to real prospects.
