The business and its context

Al Jaber’s fleet operations bring together vehicles, drivers and multiple sites. The Fleet Intelligence portal gives that operational picture a dedicated home, with vehicle activity, deployment and attention points visible in one place.

The challenge

Fleet teams need to understand what is moving, what is stationary, what is offline and where attention is needed, without losing sight of individual vehicles and site-level deployment.

The objective

Bring the fleet overview and the detail together in a clear working interface, helping the team move from a high-level status check to the next operational question.

The work delivered

A fleet intelligence portal with a dashboard for fleet status, activity, utilisation, operational alerts, recent vehicle activity and deployment by site. The navigation brings together vehicle tracking and registers, fleet operations, trips, geofencing, maintenance, reports, drivers, locations and team management.

Helves' role

Portal structure, interface design and build for the Al Jaber Fleet Intelligence project, delivered by Helves.

The lessons

Show the operational picture first, then make the supporting detail easy to reach. Clear status labels, readable charts and prioritised alerts keep a complex interface focused on the decisions the team needs to make.
